Fabuki Daiko

Fabuki Daiko or “Blizzard Drums” is an interpretation of traditional Japanese taiko drumming which was used originally in the military arena, later being used by Buddhist and Shinto religions as a sacred instrument.

The Winnipeg group Fabuki Daiko has been in existence for over 20 years performing at festivals, concert halls, and schools across North America. On March 17th, 2016 they performed at Carberry hall to a group of excited parents and children.
